Kas lieka jūsų telefone

Paskyros nereikia. Jūsų vietos, dronų nustatymai ir kalba saugomi tik jūsų telefone (naršyklės saugykloje) ir mūsų serveriui nesiunčiami.

Ką siunčiame serveriui ir kodėl

• Vietos koordinatės, suapvalintos iki maždaug 100 m – kad gautume orų prognozę ir dronų zonų žemėlapio nuorodą tai vietai. Serveris jas perduoda orų duomenų tiekėjams (pvz., Open-Meteo). Prognozė trumpai (iki 30 min.) saugoma talpykloje pagal koordinates, be jokio ryšio su jumis.
• GPS trikdžių pranešimas (tik Pro): vietos koordinatės, trikdžio tipas, laikas ir užšifruotas (maišos) jūsų Pro paskyros žymuo, kad vienas pilotas būtų skaičiuojamas vieną kartą. Pranešimai matomi 3 dienas ir ištrinami po 4 dienų.
• Žemėlapis: atidarius žemėlapį, jo vaizdas siunčiamas iš OpenFreeMap serverių (OpenStreetMap duomenys) – jūsų naršyklė kreipiasi tiesiai į juos. Vietovių paieška pagal pavadinimą eina per mūsų serverį į Open-Meteo, be jokio ryšio su jumis.
• Palydovo vaizdas: įjungus palydovo vaizdą žemėlapyje, jo nuotraukos gaunamos iš Esri per mūsų serverį – Esri nemato jūsų tinklo adreso. Mūsų serveris šių nuotraukų nesaugo.
• Lankymo statistika – tik bendri dienos skaitikliai (pvz., kiek kartų atidaryta, naršyklėje ar kaip įdiegta programėlė, telefone ar kompiuteryje), be naudotojų identifikatorių. Svetainėse taip pat naudojama Cloudflare Web Analytics, kuri nenaudoja slapukų.
• Informacinių svetainių dronams.lt ir dronewindapp.com statistika – kiekvieno apsilankymo eiga: kurios puslapio dalys peržiūrėtos ir kas paspausta (su sekundėmis nuo atidarymo), iš kur atėjote (be nuorodos parametrų), kalba, įrenginio tipas ir šalis (nustatoma pagal tinklą; tinklo adresas nesaugomas). Naršyklė pati suskaičiuoja ir prideda, kelintas tai apsilankymas ir prieš kiek dienų buvo ankstesnis. Apsilankymo numeris atsitiktinis, laikomas tik naršyklės seanso saugykloje ir keičiasi po 30 min. pertraukos, todėl apsilankymai nesujungiami ir nesiejami su jumis. Kol puslapis atidarytas, kas 30 s siunčiamas trumpas signalas, kad matytume, kiek žmonių jį žiūri dabar. Eiga saugoma 90 dienų, sumos – 400 dienų. Jei naršyklėje įjungta „Do Not Track“ ar „Global Privacy Control“, ši statistika nesiunčiama. Programėlėje tokia statistika nerenkama.

Pro prenumerata

• El. pašto adresas – kad atsiųstume prisijungimo kodą ar nuorodą (laiškus siunčia el. pašto paslaugų teikėjas) ir susietume jūsų prenumeratą.
• Mokėjimai: svetainėje juos tvarko Stripe, programėlėse – Google Play arba Applejuos tvarko Apple (App Store). Mokėjimo kortelės duomenų mes negauname; saugome tik prenumeratos būseną, galiojimo datą ir mokėjimų tiekėjo kliento numerį.
• Prisijungimo slapukas: vienas būtinas slapukas su Pro prisijungimo žymeniu (tik Pro naudotojams), kad Pro veiktų ir po programėlės atnaujinimo.
• Telefonų sąrašas: kiekvienam telefonui, kuriame įjungtas Pro, – atsitiktinis numeris, naršyklės tipas, sutrumpintas užšifruotas tinklo adresas ir datos, kad svetainėje arba Google Play įsigyta prenumerata veiktų ne daugiau kaip 3 telefonuose. Atjungto telefono įrašas ištrinamas.
• Saugumo žurnalas: prisijungimo bandymų data, el. paštas (kitiems nei Pro ar bandytojų adresams – užmaskuotas), naršyklės tipas ir sutrumpintas užšifruotas tinklo adresas. Saugoma 7 dienas.

Apsauga nuo piktnaudžiavimo

Užklausų limitams naudojame užšifruotus (maišos) tinklo adreso ir el. pašto žymenis, kurie saugomi iki 2 dienų.

Teisinis pagrindas ir jūsų teisės

Duomenis tvarkome, kad programėlė veiktų ir būtų įvykdyta prenumeratos sutartis, taip pat dėl teisėto intereso apsaugoti paslaugą ir tobulinti svetaines (jų lankymo statistika). Galite prašyti susipažinti su savo duomenimis, juos ištaisyti ar ištrinti, parašę dronewind.app@gmail.com. Galite pateikti skundą Valstybinei duomenų apsaugos inspekcijai (vdai.lrv.lt).

Kita

Duomenų neparduodame ir reklamai nenaudojame. Programėlė skirta suaugusiems dronų pilotams. Pakeitus šią politiką, atnaujinsime datą viršuje. Programėlės naudojimo tvarka – naudojimo sąlygose.

What stays on your phone

No account is needed. Your places, drone settings and language are stored only on your phone (in the browser's storage) and are not sent to our server.

What is sent to the server, and why

• Place coordinates, rounded to about 100 m – to get the forecast and the drone zone map link for that place. The server passes them to weather data providers (e.g. Open-Meteo). Forecasts are cached briefly (up to 30 minutes) by coordinates, with no link to you.
• GPS interference reports (Pro only): the place's coordinates, the kind of interference, the time and a hashed tag of your Pro account, so that one pilot counts once. Reports are shown for 3 days and deleted after 4 days.
• Map: when you open the map, its images come from the OpenFreeMap servers (OpenStreetMap data) – your browser asks them directly. Searching places by name goes through our server to Open-Meteo, with no link to you.
• Satellite view: when you turn on the satellite view on the map, its images come from Esri through our server – Esri does not see your network address. Our server does not keep these images.
• Usage statistics – only daily totals (for example how many times the app was opened, in a browser or as an installed app, on a phone or a computer), with no user identifiers. The websites also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies.
• Statistics of the information websites dronams.lt and dronewindapp.com – the course of each visit: which parts of the page were viewed and what was tapped (with the seconds since opening), where you came from (without the link's parameters), the language, the type of device and the country (taken from the network; the network address is not kept). The browser itself counts and adds which visit this is and how many days since the previous one. The visit's number is random, kept only in the browser's session storage and replaced after a 30-minute break, so visits are not joined together or linked to you. While the page is open, a short signal every 30 s lets us see how many people are looking at it right now. The course of visits is kept for 90 days, the totals for 400 days. With "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control on in your browser, these statistics are not sent. The app does not collect such statistics.

Pro subscription

• E-mail address – to send you a sign-in code or link (sent by an e-mail service provider) and to link your subscription.
• Payments are handled on the website by Stripe and in the apps by Google Play or Appleby Apple (App Store). We never receive card details; we keep only the subscription status, its end date and the payment provider's customer number.
• Sign-in cookie: one necessary cookie with the Pro sign-in token (Pro users only), so that Pro keeps working after app updates.
• List of phones: for each phone where Pro is on, a random number, the browser type, a shortened hashed network address and dates, so that a subscription bought on the website or in Google Play works on at most 3 phones. A signed-out phone's entry is deleted.
• Security log: date of sign-in attempts, the e-mail address (masked for addresses that are neither Pro nor testers), browser type and a shortened hashed network address. Kept for 7 days.

Protection against abuse

Request limits use hashed tags of the network address and the e-mail address, kept for up to 2 days.

Legal basis and your rights

We process data to run the app and to perform the subscription contract, and in our legitimate interest of protecting the service and improving the websites (their visit statistics). You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to dronewind.app@gmail.com. You can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).

Other

We do not sell data or use it for advertising. The app is meant for adult drone pilots. If this policy changes, the date at the top is updated. How the app may be used is set out in the terms of use.
